Since opening in 2008, RED South Beach has quickly become the backdrop to neighborhood locals to celebrate life's greatest occasions or to enjoy the simple pleasure of good food and drink. Named one of America's Top 10 Steakhouses and Best Steakhouse in Miami, Chef Peter Vauthy continues to pay homage to classic recipes and impeccable service.

For over a decade, Chef Peter has redefined the traditional steakhouse experience at RED South Beach. Featuring only the finest Certified Angus Beef Prime on and off the bone, the menu is a hybrid of classic cuisine and the freshest seasonal ingredients. Everything from the sauces to garnishes is prepared from scratch. The menu is complemented by a bar boasting of handcrafted signature cocktails and an award-winning wine list, a perfect mélange of well-loved brands and hidden gems.

With an eagerness to expand and offer guests an outdoor dining experience, RED has recently moved to a new location. RED's new "home" features a 3000 sq. ft. outdoor patio and a soon-to-open expansive indoor dining area. Once the redesign is completed (target date late summer 2021), the dining room will feature RED's signature wine wall, a private dining room, and a glassed enclosed VIP room. The rich colors and textures of the interior will be complemented by art curated by Katarina von Ewegen and a custom wall mural created by renowned mosaic artist Daniel Mazzone.

RED SOUTH BEACH has been the recipient of the Wine Spector's Award of Excellence for 11 consecutive years. Thrillist named RED as #1 Best Steakhouse in Miami. RED was listed as OpenTable's Diners' Choice and on Zagat's list of the 8 Sexiest Restaurants and Bars in Miami in 2015. Chef Peter has been recognized for his role in "helping shape the city's food scene and reputation as a major culinary destination" by the City of Miami Beach.
