C.A.B. Prime Bone-In Ribeye | 22 oz

Me and my wife came down to miami-beach last year and honestly we were so impressed with this steakhouse from the service to the food everything was amazing It was a great experience and we look forward to coming back.

Shrimp De Jonghe

My husband and I eat at Red about twice a week. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The chef is very talented, and the food is delicious. I love the chicken parmigiana, stuffed peppers, steaks, Shrimp De Jonghe, and green beans. The ambiance is very cool. I highly recommend this outstanding restaurant!

Charcuterie Plate

I love my weekly adventures this one i venture to Red the steakhouse were chef Peter Vauthy was an excellent host. As i arrived i was greeted with alot of warm friendly faces and was introduced to my first course which is made in-house from the bresola to the duck proscuitto served with in house brioche cornichons grain mustard & pickle vegetables the salt content & seasonings were on point wish i had these skills. Second dish dives into the rich corners of the earth the foie gras foie gras & foie gras 2 ways one served with apple pie pan seared hudson valley & other which i thought is a play on pb&j was a silky creamy foie gras mousse with a special reserve brandy with raspberry sauce when i come back im going back for this. I felt like i was in an orchestra the tune was soft & subtle but as the courses advanced so did the tune it got more exciting. As each dish passes thru my taste buds & my brain telling me to enjoy i humbly respect & appreciate the passion and art in the dishes. A part of joyness. Serenity & love was made with the utmost care and it made me tear. Finally we made it to the final chapter before my stomach explodes lol..Beethoven strong symphony Red style dinner super huge king crab with perfect drawn butter. Dry aged tomahawk steak with an oil baste that will take me a week to figure out super buttery kobe beef 1st time having this the marbling on the steak was insane & it melted literally in my mouth. 4 sides accompanied the feast that im sure the great Buddha cant finish either mac & 4 cheese pancetta with green beans. Creamed corn & roasted brussels sprout boy did i feel like a king tonight

C.A.B. Prime Filet Mignon | 8 oz

Both my husband and I chose the C.A.B Prime Filet Mignon. One of the best filets I have ever had due to taste, cut, and it was cooked to specification. It paired nicely with the forged mushrooms and loaded potatoes. It was simply mouth-watering. There is a good variety when selecting side items and easily shared. There is also a plentiful variety of appetizers and main dishes for even non-meat lovers. The drink menu was abundant. I personally enjoyed a speciality cocktail this visit. I definitely need to try the Lychee Martini and alaskan king crab cake next visit. If by any chance you are tempted and have room left for dessert, these are also made to share. Grateful to Luxury Guide for the referral. I understand why this restaurant is rated among the top 10 steakhouses in the U.S.

Ultimate Meat Board

This was the most delicious and memorable restaurant I have been to in Miami. The food and drinks were incredible. I cannot recommend the ultimate meat board enough. It's great to share with friends and family, and the meat was cooked to perfection. Incredible flavorful and juicy. I'll be back, for sure!
